2022 ROAD SCHOOL EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES & PACKAGE INFORMATION

The planning committee for the 2022 Purdue Road School is delighted to offer extended exhibitor opportunities as listed below. Please be advised that the format for the conference has been adapted slightly. As an exhibitor in 2022, your organization will be instructed to set up your booth on Monday, March 14th and your booth will remain set up and accessible for attendees throughout the conference on Tuesday, March 15th and Wednesday, March 16th of 2022. Exhibitor space is limited to the first 52 companies or organizations to register and booth space is selected during exhibitor registration.

Exhibitor Package Cost: $1,600.00, payment due at time of registration to secure exhibitor booth space. No check payments will accepted, credit card payments only. 

Exhibitor Package Details: 

  • Full conference registration for up to four (4) company representatives.
  • One parking pass to the Grant Street Parking Garage (standard size vehicles only) valid Monday, March 14, 2022 through Wednesday March 16, 2022.
  • One 8' by 8' exhibit booth space. One standard 6' table clothed in black linen with two chairs. Booth electricity included.
  • Company logo in the Road School conference program. Exhibitor recognition on the Road School event website.

Exhibitor Logo: Your participation in the conference as an exhibitor requires you to provide your organization's logo in .eps and/or .ai file format during registration for inclusion in conference materials. 

Event Refund Policy: Please be advised that no refunds are permitted for the Purdue Road School Transportation Conference and Expo unless the event is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 by Purdue University.
