Exhibitor Opportunities for 2023

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PACKAGE DETAILS

• Exhibitor Registration cost is $1,600 and must be paid for using a credit card at the time of registration.
• Full conference registration for up to four (4) company representatives
• One parking pass to the Grant Street Parking Garage (standard size vehicles only) valid starting Monday, March 13, 2023 through Wednesday, March 15, 2023
• One 8’ by 8’ exhibit booth space including one standard 6’ table clothed in black linen with two chairs. Booth electricity is included
• Company logo on the Road School conference program and Exhibitor recognition on the Road School event website

EXHIBITOR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

As an exhibitor in 2023, your organization will be instructed to set up your booth on Monday, March 13th and your booth will remain set up and accessible for attendees throughout the conference on Tuesday, March 14th and Wednesday, March 15th of 2023. 

• Exhibit Booth Set Up Time: Monday, March 13, 2023 from 2:00 PM (EST) to 5:00 PM (EST)
• Exhibit Booth Tear Down Time: Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 5:00 PM (EST)

Please plan to have your exhibit booth staffed from 8a to 5p on Tuesday March 14th and from 8a to 5p on Wednesday March 15th.
