Important Information

Exhibitor Set Up and Tear Down

As an exhibitor in 2024, your organization will be instructed to set up your booth on Monday, March 11th and your booth will remain set up and accessible for attendees throughout the conference on Tuesday, March 12th and Wednesday, March 13th of 2024. 

  • Exhibit Booth Set Up Time: Monday, March 11, 2024 from 2:00 PM (EST) to 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Exhibit Booth Tear Down Time: Wednesday, March 13, 2024 between 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM (EST)

Please plan to have your exhibit booth staffed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 12th and from 8:00 AM to tear down on Wednesday, March 13th.
