Important Information

Exhibitor Set Up and Tear Down

As an exhibitor in 2025, your organization will be instructed to set up your booth on Monday, March 17th and your booth will remain set up and accessible for attendees throughout the conference on Tuesday, March 18th and Wednesday, March 19th of 2025. 

  • Exhibit Booth Set Up Time: Monday, March 17, 2025 from 2:00 PM (EST) to 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Exhibit Booth Tear Down Time: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 between 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM (EST)

Please plan to have your exhibit booth staffed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 18th and from 8:00 AM to tear down on Wednesday, March 19th.
