Exhibitor Package
New exhibitor opportunities are now available for 2026. Exhibitors may select either the GOLD or SILVER package. Full details for each option are provided below.
GOLD Exhibitor Registration Package Details
This premium package offers maximum visibility and includes:
- Prime Location: Booth space in the primary exhibit hall (North and South ballrooms). The primary exhibit hall will feature an attendee coffee station and lunch buffet line(s) on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Cost: $1,600. Payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration.
- Additional Registrations: Full conference registration for up to four (4) company representatives.
- Parking: One parking pass to the Grant Street Parking Garage (standard size vehicles only), valid from Monday, March 16, 2026 through Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
- Booth: One 8’ by 8’ exhibit booth space including one standard 6’ table with black linen, two chairs, and complimentary electricity.
- Exposure: Priority placement of your company logo in the Road School conference program, plus exhibitor recognition on the Road School event website.
SILVER Exhibitor Registration Package Details
This comprehensive package includes:- Location: Booth space on the Third Floor of Stewart Center (Room 311 or 313).
- Cost: $1,000. Payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration.
- Additional Registrations: Full conference registration for up to four (4) company representatives.
- Parking: One parking pass to the Grant Street Parking Garage (standard size vehicles only), valid from Monday, March 16, 2026 through Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
- Booth: One 8’ by 8’ exhibit booth space including one standard 6’ table with black linen, two chairs, and complimentary electricity.
- Exposure: Company logo in the Road School conference program, plus exhibitor recognition on the Road School event website.
