Conference Registration is located in the Purdue Memorial Union, East and West Main Lounges

Monday, March 14th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Tuesday, March 15th from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Wednesday, March 16th from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EST)
ATTENDEE LUNCHES
The planning committee for the Purdue Road School Transportation Conference and Expo would like to share a special thanks to our exhibiting partners whom have provided lunches to program attendees on Tuesday, March 15th and Wednesday, March 16th.
Lunch will be served between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM (EST) each day from the Exhibit Hall located in the Purdue Memorial Union, North and South Ballrooms.
Attendees should enter the exhibit hall from the North Ballroom and will exit through the South Ballroom as indicated by program signage.
WHERE SHOULD I EAT MY LUNCH?
We have two lunch seating options after you have collected your lunch from the Exhibit Hall as noted above. Please see those options listed below.
Option 1: Purdue Memorial Union Commons located one floor below the Exhibit Hall and Conference Registration. Open seating available with limited additional restaurant outlets providing additional food and beverage services.
Option 2: East and West Faculty Lounge located one floor above the Exhibit Hall and Conference Registration. Open seating available.
ATTENDEE COFFEE STATIONS
Coffee will be provided by the program and will be served from the Purdue Memorial Union Commons located one floor below the Exhibit Hall and Conference Registration. Coffee stations will remain open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 15th and Wednesday, March 16th.
Please note that there will be no complimentary coffee available in the Stewart Center where technical sessions occur.

Advanced registration is closed. On-site registration is available for those persons who did not register prior to the event.

Please add confreg@purdue.edu as a safe sender in any email spam filter you may have established to ensure you receive your registration instructions. Please follow the instructions as emailed to you to complete your speaker/moderator registration.
- INDOT REGISTRATION
Please contact your INDOT supervisor as INDOT approval is required before persons can register for the Purdue Road School Transportation Conference and Expo. Approved INDOT employees will be emailed from confreg@purdue.edu with registration instructions.
PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES
- Non-Government Registration Fee - $200.00
- Government Registration Fee – Complimentary

ATTENDEE PARKING OPTIONS
- Grant Street Parking Garage
Visitors will pull a ticket upon entry and be assessed the posted hourly rate before exiting. Grant St. Garage accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Payments may be made in each of the exit lanes and also in the lobby where a walk up pay station is available. You will need to insert your ticket to pay the fee.
- Daily Visitor Parking Permit:
With the purchase of a daily permit ($5.00 per day), visitors may park in any "A", "B" or "C" space (unless restrictions are posted that indicate otherwise).
This permit is not valid in the Grant St. Garage. Please review the parking map at https://www.purdue.edu/parking/documents/PurdueParkingMap.pdf for eligible parking locations.
Permits for "A", "B" or "C" parking may be restricted at any time and for any reason, including near athletic facilities for events, due to maintenance or construction, or others. Posted restrictions in parking garages or lots will be enforced. Visitors who park in violation of posted restrictions may be subject to receiving a parking citation, or the vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense.
Daily visitor parking permits must be purchased online.
